Returns Policy
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchases from eModels Limited. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your purchase.
Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your contract at any time up to 30 working days after delivery. To do so, please notify us by email or in writing.

You are not required to give a reason for cancellation. However, providing a brief explanation can help us improve our service in the future.
If you cancel your order, the goods must be returned to us at your own expense.
If the goods are not returned, we may arrange collection and charge you the direct cost of doing so. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If the goods are returned damaged or in a deteriorated condition, we may deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value.
We fully comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2025 and take consumer protection seriously.
This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Goods
If there is a fault with any item you receive, please contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue in accordance with your legal rights.
Contract
When you place an order with eModels Limited, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your goods have been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation Email").
Any items listed on your order that have not been confirmed as dispatched do not form part of that contract.

These terms apply to your current order. We may amend our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future purchases.
Please remember to include your order number when returning any items.
